Practicing strokes with a tennis ball
This exercise will develop the accuracy of the attack when moving during the fight. If you stand still and hit, you will probably not succeed.
Technique
- Take a tennis ball and start chasing it with your hands against the floor. Try to move quickly around the projectile.
- Hit the ball against the floor so that it bounces up to about the lowest point of your chest. At the same time, make two or three quick forward kicks so that the ball cannot touch your hands.
- During the exercise you need to move constantly, do not stand still.
Practicing kicks with a rope
Technique
- Stand in a stand opposite the rope.
- Start moving back and forth and make two or three quick strikes so that your fist hits the rope.
- Do not stop during the exercise.
