Side stretches

Technique

  • Sit up straight, straighten your shoulders.
  • Turn your head slightly to the right, extend your chin without tilting your head. Do this movement for three counts.
  • Then return to the starting position and pull the back of your head back.
  • Now turn your head to the left and pull your chin forward. Do the movement for three counts.
  • Return to the starting position again and pull the back of your head back.

Do 10 repetitions for each side.

Wave

Technique

  • Sit up straight, straighten your shoulders.
  • Turn your head to the right, make a wave by first tilting your head forward and then reaching forward and up, tilting it back.
  • Make all movements smoothly. Stretch out as much as possible at each point.

Repeat the action forward and to the left. In each direction – five repetitions.

Technique

  • Sit up straight, straighten your shoulders.
  • Clench one hand into a fist and cover it with the other, support your chin with your hands.
  • Now open your mouth as wide as possible, while preventing the movement of the jaw with your hands.

Perform the exercise 7-10 times.
