Cold green tea

In stores now a lot of analogs to the usual home tea. Yes, many people like the taste, but can it be called natural? Hardly. Plus, such drinks are sold only in plastic containers, and the sugar content is off the scale. Strawberry basil lemonade.

This drink is often served in cafes and restaurants, but there are no difficulties in making it at home. With the help of a blender, we get a puree of strawberries, lemon zest and basil. Add sugar, pour water and send to the refrigerator to infuse, preferably overnight. So the flavor will be even brighter.

Vegetable lemonade

Refreshing drinks can be not only from fruits. Vegetables are an excellent source of vitamins. And the ingredients for lemonade choose based on your own preferences and imagination.
