On the New Year’s table will definitely be traditional salads with mayonnaise: olivier, fish under a fur coat, mimosa. Such multi-component dishes are hard to digest, because there are incompatible nutrients in the composition. For example, in olivier it is animal protein (meat or sausage) and carbohydrates (boiled vegetables).<\/p>\n
