- asafetida spice – a pinch;<\/li>\n

- smoked paprika – 1\/4 tsp;<\/li>\n

- Soak nuts overnight. In the morning, rinse well under running water.<\/li>\n
- Steam the cauliflower.<\/li>\n
- Put the cauliflower and nuts in a blender bowl and beat well.<\/li>\n
- Add the coconut milk to the mixture until it is the consistency of thick sour cream.<\/li>\n
- Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk well.<\/li>\n
- Store the sauce in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

- apple cider vinegar 9% – 40 g;<\/li>\n
- topinambour syrup – 20 g;<\/li>\n
- olive oil – 16 g<\/li>\n

- curry – a pinch;<\/li>\n
- masala neo spicy – a pinch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well with a blender.<\/li>\n
- Refrigerate the sauce for a few hours to let it infuse well.<\/li>\n

- good quality mustard – 1 tsp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

- The necessary amount of ingredients to measure out in advance.<\/li>\n
- In a deep container mix egg and mustard, beat with a mixer.<\/li>\n
- Gently pour olive oil into the mixture, whisk well.<\/li>\n
- Add mustard, pepper and vinegar to the whisked mixture.<\/li>\n
- Whisk the sauce for another three minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
<\/span>Classic Aioli Sauce<\/span><\/h2>\n
Ingredients:<\/b><\/p>\n

- olive oil – 250 ml;<\/li>\n
- raw egg yolk – 1 egg yolk;<\/li>\n
- garlic – 4 cloves;<\/li>\n
- salt – a pinch;<\/li>\n
- black pepper – on the tip of a knife;<\/li>\n
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp;<\/li>\n
- mixture of Provencal herbs – 2 tsp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

Preparation method:<\/b><\/p>\n

- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolk with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n
- Add vinegar and lightly rub the mixture with a fork.<\/li>\n
- Add herbs and minced garlic.<\/li>\n
- Begin to whisk the sauce, slowly pouring in the olive oil with one hand. The end result should be a soft, milky, thick mixture.<\/li>\n
- Chill the sauce for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
On New Year’s Eve, there will definitely be meat on the festive table – baked chicken or duck, spicy pork, shashlik. To meat dishes I recommend serving tomato sauce, not store ketchup with plenty of starch, sugar and preservatives.<\/p>\n
<\/span>Homemade sauce<\/span><\/h2>\n

- tomatoes in their own juice – 100 g;<\/li>\n
- olive oil – 2 tbsp;<\/li>\n
- parsley – a bundle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Method of preparation:<\/b><\/p>\n

- Fry tomatoes in their own juice in olive oil, adding salt and pepper to them.<\/li>\n
- Add to the tomatoes finely chopped herbs and mix, cook for one or two minutes.<\/li>\n
- Place the mixture in a blender bowl and chop well.<\/li>\n
