Breakfast should include complex carbohydrates, proteins and fats. For example, an avocado scramble or whole wheat bread toast is a great option to start your morning. And a cup of your favorite tea or coffee won’t be out of place.

Contrasting showers

A good morning ritual that invigorates both body and brain. But do not immediately get under an ice-cold shower. Start with your feet and gradually go higher.

When we give thanks to someone or something, we feel a sense of calmness and it becomes very warm at heart. Try taking 10 minutes every morning to give thanks. Saying thank you is always very pleasant. For example, if the previous day went great, you can thank him or her for that. Or praise a pet who behaved well yesterday. Every pleasant event, even small ones, will make a difference. You can write down your gratitude in a notebook, it will have an even greater positive effect.
