Neck stretch

Technique

  • Starting position: standing or sitting on the floor.
  • To stretch the neck, you need to tilt your head one by one in all directions.
  • While tilting, gently press your hand on your head for a better effect. Do not turn your head too sharply or apply too much pressure with your hand.
  • Stretch each side of the neck gradually while tilting the head gently.

Stretching legs and buttocks

Technique

  • Lie on your side, put one hand under your head.
  • If you lie on your right side, bend your left leg and press your thigh to your chest.
  • Bend your right leg at the knee and gently pull the foot with your left hand.
  • After performing the exercise, lie on your other side and pull the other leg in a similar manner.

Technique

Technique

Technique

  • Lie on your stomach.
