Suritsa
Suritsa is an ancient Slavic drink that gives energy. It was prepared from honey and herbs and then infused under the rays of the sun.
The product contains B vitamins, minerals (calcium, potassium, magnesium) and amino acids that help to strengthen immunity and increase energy. Drinking it is recommended to support intestinal health, improve metabolism and strengthen the body in general.
There are many recipes for surica. Different herbs are added to the drink: badan leaves, chamomile, nettle, currant leaves, mint. A decoction of oats can also be used. We offer a variant close to the traditional one.
Ingredients:
- orange – 1 pc;
- tangerine -2 pcs.;
- ginger root – 2 cm;
- turmeric – 1 tbsp;
- cloves – 3 buds;
- thyme – 2 sprigs;
- honey – 1-1,5 tbsp. tbsp;
- clean drinking water – 1.5 liters.
Preparation:
- Slice the orange and tangerines together with the peel into slices.
- Place all the ingredients in a clean three-liter glass jar, add water and mix thoroughly. The water should cover all the ingredients completely.
- Cover the jar with gauze with a stationery rubber band and store in the sun, warm, for three days: stir the contents of the jar every day.
- After three days, strain and store the finished drink in the refrigerator for no more than seven days.
Juice with wild plants (wild useful plants)
Juice from wild plants – a real treasure trove of benefits, contains vitamin C, carotenoids, iron and other minerals. By consuming this drink, you feel a burst of strength and energy, as well as strengthen the immune system and support detoxification.
Ingredients:
- A bundle of straw;
- a bunch of nettles;
- bundle of plantain;
- burdock leaf – 1/2 ;
- beet – 1 pc.
- apple – 2 pcs.;
- carrot – 3 pcs;
- clean drinking water;
- natural vinegar – 1 tbsp.
Preparation:
- Separate the leaves from the stems and soak for 20 minutes in clean water with 1 tbsp. natural vinegar, then rinse.
- Wash and peel the beets, carrots and apple.
- Pass the wild fruits and vegetables through a screw juicer.
Berry morsse
The drink has many health benefits due to its content of vitamins A, B, C, K, minerals and antioxidants.
Ingredients:
- cranberries – 50 g;
- cranberries – 50 g;
- raspberries – 50 g;
- sprig of rosemary – 2 pcs;
- water (under the volume of the carafe);
- honey for serving – 1 tsp.
Preparation:
- Wash fresh berries and beat them into a puree with a blender.
- Strain the berry puree through a sieve.
- Put the puree into a carafe, add rosemary sprigs and pour 80° hot water.
- If desired, add a little honey to the warm morsel.
