How do Russian TV presenters maintain their figure?

Many hours of filming, long broadcasts and little sleep – all this is the everyday life of TV presenters. To the heavy schedule is added to the duty to always look spectacular. How do the most beautiful journalists of Russia manage to maintain a stunning physical shape, despite all the vicissitudes of work?

The TV presenter combines proper nutrition and daily workouts. In everything she adheres to the rules of awareness and proportion. Her diet is dominated by vegetables, fruits, healthy fats and proteins. In sports, Tina gives preference to interval and circuit training, and also does vacuum.

Anna Kasterova

Anna trains in the gym and prefers to perform exercises with weights. After training, she makes sure to roll a roller to reduce the clogging of muscles, and does stretching.

The TV presenter adheres to proper nutrition and completely excluded from the diet of sweets. In addition, Anna runs a lot, participates in marathons, rides a wakeboard.

Regina adheres to proper nutrition and combines it with training in the gym. She also likes yoga and surfing, skateboarding.

The girl generally leads an active lifestyle, and recently took part in the program “Ice Age” and tried herself as a figure skater.
