Personal Experience. How I went to several fitness clubs on one membership card

The number of fitness trends is growing every day, and it can be difficult to choose a new one when your subscription expires. During the working day, you want to do intense cardio, or moderate yoga or Pilates. And on weekends you want to relax with a massage or discover something completely different.

A single subscription comes to the aid of those who also lost their heads from the choice opportunities. Fitmost has hundreds of fitness centers and studios in six Russian cities. Buy a season ticket, choose a workout and pay for it with points. I decided to try new directions and evaluate the service.

Hot Pilates

The experience of my first “hot” workout turned out to be a manual “How not to do”. Since you can choose any studio convenient for you in the app, I found a class right in the neighboring street and went there already dressed for training. But hot pilates implies training at a temperature of about 35 degrees and high humidity – practically sports in a hammam. I had to come home absolutely wet. Therefore, if after visiting the studio you are planning to do some business, put +30-40 minutes of time to take a shower. And don’t forget to bring shampoo with you – chances are your hair will be damp too.

Acupressure

Acupressure is not for those looking to relax after a hard day’s work. The technique is quite painful, but it immediately reveals all the problems you have in your body. The massage is based on the knowledge of ancient Chinese physicians about the connection of individual points on the human body with certain organs or organ systems. Before the procedure, the doctor conducts a half-hour diagnosis, listens to your pulse and gives recommendations. On the couch you will work on all the main zones with the help of different degrees of pressure. Finally, you will be placed on the most active points of the back with jars or hot stones.

Salsation

Equipment: leggings, bra, T-shirt, sneakers.

Tired of the usual fitness, I decided to go to dance to burn calories. I did not regret this idea at all, because with the loss of excess weight I got a good mood and a charge of vigor for the rest of the evening. Classes are active, dances without a break change one after another. Those who are not very quick to memorize the ligaments, do not worry – they are quite simple and easily stored in the head after a few repetitions. To seem a black sheep in the group, even in the absence of dance skills, will not work – “your” can become after a couple of training sessions and learned elements.

Floating

Perhaps this is the only procedure that seemed rather strange to me. However, I realize that it is only my feelings, because among my acquaintances there are several fans of such relaxation.

The relaxation process takes place while immersing in a special pool with a concentrated salt solution, which allows your body to “float” on the surface of the water. Thanks to the comfortable temperature, sound and light insulation, external stimuli are completely eliminated and you are immersed in weightlessness.
For me, two hours of disconnection from the outside world in a confined space seemed like an eternity, but those who like privacy, do not suffer from claustrophobia and want to relax from the noisy metropolis, floating is 100% suitable.

In general, the advantages of a single subscription are obvious. It’s not only a chance to try something new every day, but also an opportunity to choose a studio with a convenient location. In addition, all your workouts and treatments are collected in one app – so it becomes much harder to miss or forget something.
