For most people, a healthy lifestyle is nothing more than proper nutrition, physical activity and avoidance of bad habits. In fact, the components of this concept are much more.

The basic principles of a rational approach to health affect all spheres of life. After all, it is not just another diet or fashionable training. HWL is a lifestyle, which is aimed primarily at improving the health of the entire body.

Observance of a daily regimen, in which there is a place for productive work and adequate rest, allows you to achieve such effects, of which, I am sure, no one has ever regretted. Those who switch to ZOJ or at least partially observe its principles, as a rule, do not go off the path.
