Cleanse your skin

During the day, it’s important not to forget SPF protection, as the UV index can be quite high at any time of the year and regardless of weather conditions. Products with SPF prevent the breakdown of collagen and hyaluronic acid, prolonging your youthfulness.

Sunscreens are meant to be used only during the daytime, you should not apply them at night. It is best to remove SPF protection using a special hydrophilic oil that can completely cleanse your face.

Moisturize your skin

If the humidity in the room is low (especially relevant in the heating season), you can use thermal water, which will help to refresh. A humidifier is a useful purchase, as optimal humidity is a great preventative measure against the premature appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, as the skin does not lose moisture as quickly.

Don’t forget to moisturize your skin from the inside out: try to drink enough water throughout the day, and include fresh fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins in your diet. It is also worth eliminating excessive consumption of sugar and fast food.
