The fiber they contain cleanses the body of toxins and normalizes metabolic processes. Curd cheese combined with vegetables is a great snack for those who want to lose weight.

Cucumber rolls with red fish

Sa pead:

  • cucumbers (small) – 2 pcs;
  • soola maitse järgi;
  • cottage cheese – about 150 g;
  • red fish – about 100 g;
  • herbs (fresh) to taste;

  • ground black pepper to taste.

But the main substance is omega fatty acids. Consuming red fish regularly, you will strengthen the heart, blood vessels, improve memory and brain health.

Tomatoes with cod

Sa pead:

  • cod liver – 1 pc;
  • tomato – 6-7 pcs;
  • green onion – 2-3 pieces;
  • soola maitse järgi;
  • ground black pepper to taste;
  • cottage cheese (low-fat) – according to the amount of appetizer.

Diet appetizer from canned fish – a great option if there is no time. And in order not to violate the correct diet, you can take tomatoes as a basis. As a filling, use cod liver and grainy cottage cheese. Mix them, add chopped herbs and spread the resulting mass on the tomato circles.

Elena: Cod liver is one of the most useful products, especially for those who follow the diet. Among its valuable properties can be distinguished: strengthening immunity, improving skin, nails and hair, rejuvenating the body, strengthening the nervous system and stabilizing the internal organs.

Finely chop chicken fillet, add to it chopped onion and dill, mustard and ground pepper, mix everything thoroughly. Slice carrots and pour boiling water over them for five minutes. Wrap the stuffing in the carrot slice and secure it with a toothpick. Done!
