Many people choose tea as an alternative to coffee because the latter contains caffeine. But not everyone knows that the invigorating substance is contained in both drinks.
What kind of tea does not contain caffeine?
- Herbal collections are natural teas made from herbs, dried fruits, nuts and more. They are naturally caffeine-free. A great alternative if you are sensitive to the invigorating substance.
- Decaffeinated teas – These varieties, such as green tea, have a mild, rich flavor after going through the process of being cleansed of this substance. You can drink them at any time of the day without worrying about affecting your sleep.
Switching to decaffeinated tea reduces anxiety, helps you deal with insomnia and various health problems.
Kummeli tee

Rooibos
When weakly brewed, it is sweet and nutty, but with prolonged brewing it acquires tart woody and even smoky notes. This tea is rich in antioxidants and trace elements such as calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, vitamin C, which improve skin, digestion and overall body health.
