How to cook cutlets in the oven to make them juicy? Recipe from the chef

In the previous article, I told about how to make mincemeat for chicken cutlets yourself. And now I want to tell about one of the most useful ways of cooking them – in the oven. So you can keep the juiciness of the dish and give it a ruddy look, which can not be achieved by cooking them on steam.

- skinless chicken breast – 1 pc;
- skinless thighs – 2 pieces;
- onions – 1 medium onion;
- butter: 100 g;

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Spread parchment on a baking tray, and lay out the cutlets on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Do not grease the parchment with anything.

- if desired, you can add freshly minced garlic and herbs.
If the cabbage is fresh-frozen, you need to defrost it, salt it and bake it in the oven, that is, skip the cooking stage.
