To prepare for bikini season, two months isn’t a lot of time. It may seem that you can cope with the goal of “tightening your figure” in 30 days – just go to the gym every day and cut back on your diet. Then the arrow on the scale will go down immediately. In reality, everything is much more complicated – the training process is affected by the lack of time, energy, motivation and understanding of what exactly the result you want to achieve. Now I will tell you about five rules that will help you prepare your body for summer in an environmentally friendly and pleasant way.
Regular and varied workouts
Balance is important in sports. Start by creating a schedule that fits comfortably into your life rhythm. Remember that every missed workout is a step backwards.
Nor should you abuse activity if you don’t feel well or simply haven’t had enough sleep. In this case, the activity will bring you nothing but discomfort. The training plan should be varied and combine strength and cardio exercises, as well as stretching for muscle recovery.
Positive emotions
Forcing yourself into a sport that you do not like or are not interested in is definitely not worth it – so you slow down your progress. Attend only those classes that you really like. Remember that training is a tool to achieve your goal!
Don’t forget to praise yourself, for example, when you get your first results, record them in your sports diary. Don’t expect instant successes and remember that a long journey is always divided into small sections.
Add more activity to your daily life
Try to form some healthy habits, such as walking up and down the stairs without using the elevator. Even a couple of flights of stairs will be enough. This way, in as little as a month, you will notice that your legs are stronger and your buttocks are firmer and more rounded.
When the weather warms up, you can make a tradition of walking in the park or biking on the weekends. Invite your friends along so you can do something fun!
Meet new people
There’s usually a community at the gym – people who have also come to train for a purpose and a result. Get to know them. You will support each other, share tips and advice, and just have a positive and pleasant chat between workouts and approaches. This kind of communication will definitely do you good!
Don’t forget about proper nutrition
The same rule as with workouts works here – balance and moderation. Leave out more protein foods to ensure muscle growth and relief. Vegetables are a must-have side dish for lunch and dinner, also make more salads.
Drink clean water and remember that tea, coffee and other beverages have calories, so keep that in mind.
And here’s a few lifehacks that will allow you to eat less without getting hungry: first, use small plates, and second, don’t get distracted while eating by watching TV or social media. Prepare for the bikini season in an eco-friendly and comfortable way, and then the result will please you twice!
