The exercise increases the mobility of the pelvis and sacral region, improves blood circulation, the work of the pelvic organs and abdominal cavity. Before training, warm up well. You can do some jumping jacks or jogging on the spot.
Double lunge

- Put your feet two steps wide, bend over and put your hands around your feet. Bend your legs at the knees, pulling your pelvis back.
- Perform rolling movements first to the right, fully straightening the left leg, and then to the left, extending the right leg.
- Make sure your pelvis stays up and your feet stay on the floor.
Do for a minute.

- Kneel on your knees, bring your feet together behind you, place your hands on the floor in front of you.
- Spread your knees as wide as possible, try to lower your pelvis to the floor. You can put your hands on your elbows for a better effect.
