Summer is a great time to exercise outdoors, but there’s one thing: hot weather that can get in the way. Under the sun there is a risk of getting not only sunstroke, but also simply ineffective exercise due to increased fatigue. Therefore, we recommend that you choose morning or evening training times when the temperature is not at its peak.

Today’s training consists of four types of push-ups: classic, angled push-ups, low bar and the most difficult, diamond push-ups. All in four approaches of 15-20 repetitions. If something does not work out – do not get frustrated and try again. Remember that not everything works out the first time, especially when it comes to push-ups. Warm up thoroughly, and see the technique in the video!
