We continue the series of workouts with an espandex: today you will find exercises for working out the lower body. The classic movements for pumping legs are lunges and squats. You can complicate them with additional resistance, creating a load on the muscles you need. If you’ve been working out with your own body weight for a long time and want to make your muscles work harder, an expander will come in handy.
Our today’s set of exercises, which was prepared by fitness trainer Dmitry Razvarov, will be aimed at pumping the front and inner surface of the thighs.
