Today’s workout with fitness trainer Dmitry Razvarov will prove that you don’t have to grab barbells and dumbbells to pump your arms and keep them in shape. The class will be useful for both beginners and experienced athletes, because everyone sometimes needs to change their training plan and include new elements in it.

There will be no complicated exercises here, all of them you have probably done before with other equipment. The first one imitates a barbell lift on the biceps, and the second one imitates a French press. By clinging the elastic band to your legs, you create additional resistance that will help you effectively work your biceps and triceps.
