  • rice (preferably take varieties with long grains, as for sushi) or quinoa – 100 g;
  • salmon, shrimp or tuna (raw or chilled) – 100 g;
  • cucumbers – 45 g;
  • seaweed – 70 g;
  • radish – 2-3 pcs;
  • chives – 1-2 stems;
  • teriyaki sauce – 1.5 tbsp. tbsp;
  • sesame oil – 1 tbsp;
  • sesame seeds (black) – to taste.

The great thing about this Hawaiian dish is that you can design it however you want, especially at home. The main thing is that it should include seafood, grits, and sauce. Poke should be served in a deep plate.

Cheesecake

Sa pead:

  • skim cottage cheese – 200 g;
  • natural yogurt – 125 ml;
  • gelatin – 9 g;
  • lemon juice – 75 ml;
  • water – 75 ml;
  • mesi - 3 spl;
  • egg whites – 2 pcs.

Mix lemon juice with water, add gelatin and soak for five minutes. Then heat the mixture over low heat, but do not boil – the gelatin should dissolve. Cool the mixture. In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese, yogurt and honey and add the gelatin and lemon to it. Then whisk the egg whites into a foam and gently mix into the curd mixture.

Place the resulting batter on the base – it can be made of fresh fruit or bran. Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least five hours – then you can serve the dessert.
