Good old hoop
Many women hoping to make their waist thinner can spend hours spinning a hoop at home. We hasten to debunk the myth about the effectiveness of this object. “It will not reduce the waist and fat on the sides will not remove,” – disappoints the trainer.
Of course, while spinning, you do a little exercise. It’s better than sitting on the couch and watching TV. But this physical activity does not give a serious load on the muscles and does not contribute to weight loss. For an hour of hoop spinning, you could have a much more effective and complete workout. If you decide to start exercising, there is no need for a hoop.
Health disk
In Soviet times, unpretentious floor exercise machines – health disks – were popular. They represented literally two disks connected by an axis with a washer. It is assumed that rotational movements on this exercise machine help to lose weight and work through all muscle groups. In fact, the health benefits of the health disk are questioned. “In terms of effectiveness, it is a useless projectile,” – the expert is sure.
The health disk can be used as a training device for a small warm-up or exercise, but it will not replace a full-fledged workout.
Mini step platform
On the Internet, there are a lot of advertisements in which the advantages of mini step-platforms are described. Stores emphasize the compactness of this item and the possibility of practicing with it at home. But, most likely, after buying the projectile will stand idle. It is a useless exercise machine, without which you can do without.
Alexander: If you just alternately rise on the toes of the feet, standing on the floor, you will achieve a greater effect than using a mini step platform. This is because the amplitude of the movement is too small.
Pedal trainer
In stores you can find pedal trainers for both legs and arms, but they are useless for training.
Alexander: The pedal trainer is positioned as an alternative to the exercise bike, taking up less space. In fact, it is just pedals, rotating which is useless. It is inferior in efficiency even to a mini step platform.
Buy pedal exercise bikes, as a rule, those who hope to lose weight easily and effortlessly, while watching TV. In an hour, you can conduct an effective cardio workout and spend much more calories than when exercising on such a device.
Vibration trainer: expensive and useless
Especially for the lazy invented vibration trainers, whose sellers guarantee fast weight loss. However, to become the owner of an athletic body without effort is impossible, so vibration trainers – it is, in fact, a useless waste of money. And their prices are not small at all.
Although the vibration trainer helps to improve blood circulation, it is not able to remove the flanks and is useless in the absence of other physical activities.
