Juri: Several factors worked. First of all, the training and nutrition program was aimed at the fastest possible result. Daria, for her part, strictly followed everything. Secondly, the beginner’s effect worked. In this case, anabolism, i.e. muscle mass growth, is greater.

In addition, Daria hastened to declare to subscribers that she did not resort to chemistry while building muscle mass. Her maximum in the use of supplements – protein and BCAA. The girl’s choice fell on pea protein, on which she cooked a variety of PP dishes.

Did the effect persist after drying?

Naturally, the effect of fat burning will not be eternal if it is not maintained with the help of sports and nutrition. Now Daria looks good, but she only dried up by summer.
