The back is the largest muscle group and you can work it on any sports field. This is the case when street training is definitely preferable to home training. With the help of only two equipment you can give your body an effective load and work your back muscles.

The training consists of three exercises, but get ready that it won’t be easy. Classic pull-ups with a wide grip will be performed in four approaches for the maximum number of repetitions. Pull-ups on the bars and Australian pull-ups will also be performed in four approaches, but 15 times each. For many people, this workout is a serious challenge, so don’t forget about a good warm-up.
