How to lose weight without gym? Anna Kaniuk's story

Simple rules allow a girl to look stunning even after pregnancy.

Losing weight has always been a hot topic for modern girls. Someone sits on grueling diets, someone spends all his free time in the gym. Ways to lose weight at the present time is really a lot. But the founder of stretching studios TOPSTRETCHING Anna Kaniuk decided not to resort to harsh measures and lose weight long, but reasonably – so that the weight does not come back. We tell you how she did it.

How to achieve a quality result when losing weight?

In order to lose weight by 12 kg, it took the girl three whole years: for the first time she thought about losing weight in 2014 and saw the joyful result in 2017. True, Anna has never been full, but she was initially far from her dream figure.

The girl immediately hoped for a long-term result, not intending to shed a dozen kilograms in a month. And before taking action, she made a list of bad habits, promising herself every week to get rid of at least one. The habits were the following: slouching, smoking, constantly throwing one leg over the other. Anna also began to chew her food more thoroughly, do two workouts a week, and walk more.

Getting up at seven in the morning

Of course, the most important factor in losing weight is a proper sleep schedule. Anna admitted that she went to bed at any time, but the rise should be exactly at seven in the morning. Thus, the body memorizes certain hours of awakening, so there is no need for an alarm clock. Still, health experts believe that a healthy sleep should last at least six hours, and better – all eight.

Change of taste habits and regular sports

Anna has resorted to a system of separate meals. She is sure that it can exist without fanaticism. The main task of Kanyuk was to separate food from drinking. In her opinion, it promotes good work of the stomach and intestines, helps the body and skin to be healthy. At the moment, the girl eats five meals a day. She does not exclude bread from her diet, but she chooses only high-quality, whole-grain products.

Of course, you can not do without regular sports. The girl does boxing three times a week and occasionally plays soccer. And, of course, does not forget about her favorite stretching!

Sports during pregnancy

In 2018, Anna gave birth to a daughter, so the relief form had to be restored. However, it turned out not to be so difficult, since the sport the girl did not abandon even in a special life period. Only in the first trimester of pregnancy it was really hard for her: no activity, and the desire to constantly sleep – huge. And doctors strictly do not recommend not to train in the first months.

But then Kanyuk with pleasure returned to training and did it in such a way that three days before the birth still went to individual training. This is probably why the girl did not gain much weight during the entire period of pregnancy.

All of the above principles work well together. But according to Anna, the main thing in achieving the desired goal is not to despair and in any situation to remain optimistic.
