A selection of simple functional exercises that you can include in your daily workout.
Burpee
An exercise from the Crossfit discipline. It is compound – it is a mini-complex of simpler exercises (push-ups, squats, jumping jacks) performed without breaks. This complex develops explosive muscle strength, speed and endurance of the athlete.
Stretching
The introduction of this exercise into your morning workout will help stretch the entire complex of muscles of the back and upper thigh. It should be performed while sitting in a half twine.
Planka-diagonal
The ideal exercise for what to tone your body. Instructions for beginners who have never done the plank: lean on your elbows and the tips of your toes so that your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles. Tensing your abs and buttocks, place your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Lift your right arm and left leg or left arm and right leg alternately. Fix the diagonal. Repeat one more time.
Flexible dog
Continuing the exercise. The following exercise will help open your chest and strengthen your chest muscles. How to do it correctly? Fail the lower part of the body: the pelvis and hips are lowered to the floor. Legs are straight. The main load is on the arms. Open the chest – shoulders down and back, with the top of the head reaching upward. Keep this position for 60 seconds, then return back on all fours: rest – 20 seconds.
Reverse push-ups with a diagonal
Effectively strengthen the abs and pump up the triceps. Tip: if it becomes difficult, you can do the exercise with support on a bench.
