Fast food has become an integral part of our lives. Who doesn’t want to indulge in an unhealthy burger or fries? For some reason, many supporters of active lifestyles are convinced that it is bound to harm their health or completely ruin any diet. But it isn’t. Even at McDonald’s there are dishes that can afford any person who is losing weight or following a healthy diet.

Breakfast

To talk about the benefits of this porridge, of course, it is impossible. After all, McDonald’s uses instant cereals, which do not require boiling. What’s wrong with them? The degree of processing.
