A beautiful body is great, but you shouldn’t turn your passion for sports into a manic goal. And that’s exactly what popular fitness bloggers encourage girls to do. To prove it by example, they publish in their accounts photos taken one minute apart.

“On the left I am 1% of the time, on the right – the other 99%,” – admitted the popular phytoblogger Anna Victoria(@annavictoria), whose account is followed by about 1.5 million people.

Women can’t adequately assess their appearance if they don’t see similar flaws in others. How can you not love your body because of perfectly natural folds?

Similar views are held by a phytoblogger from Finland(@saggysara), who actively promotes such a phenomenon as “body positivity” on her page.

Sara is also trying to explain to her hundreds of thousands of followers that you can’t throw yourself in the deep end and cause irreparable damage to your body by training to the limit, irrational diets and active consumption of sports supplements.

I no longer care that I have body fat because I know it’s a perfectly normal thing. Our bodies are constantly changing, every day, every hour. So don’t let bad days get you out of shape and make you think you need to urgently go on a strict diet or workout until you pass out – it won’t do any good and will just wear you out.

Both girls are absolutely sure that a beautiful body is a great result for those who really lead a healthy lifestyle, and not a primary goal in the pursuit of fashion. Remember that if you are healthy on the inside, it will definitely become noticeable on the outside.
