Here are three exercises that will maximize the use of these muscles.

The muscle we’re going to talk about today is really the widest muscle in our body. It extends from the lumbar region all the way to the humerus. And, of course, you need to work on it. And here’s how to do it – fitness trainer Ivan Korolev will tell you.

In this workout you are waiting for only three exercises: upper block pull to the chest, pullover in crossover and block pull to the waist. Don’t be frightened by the complicated names, it’s actually quite simple. Turn on the video and memorize the instructions, repeat all the movements after the trainer. And before the session, don’t forget to warm up. This is the key to a successful workout, so take a little warm-up into a habit. If you’ve never exercised before, don’t chase too much weight. Set weights according to your fitness level. Your muscles should work well, but you shouldn’t feel too heavy.
