In general, any footwear, if it is chosen incorrectly, can lead to health problems. If we are talking specifically about sneakers, they should not be too big, too stiff or too narrow. Otherwise, they can cause a violation of the static function of the foot and, as a consequence, cause flat feet.

If the sneakers are correctly selected, you can walk in them every day. But it is important to distinguish between sneakers and sneakers. The latter are usually very flat, tight, most often rubber shoes, and wearing them every day is certainly not recommended.
