If you really want a burger, you can afford a deliciousness, even if you adhere to a healthy diet. You just need to know how to properly prepare the dish to make it as healthy as possible. We suggest trying a worthy alternative to harmful, fatty and caloric burgers from fast food restaurants.

Ingredients are calculated for four burgers.

You will need:

  • whole wheat flour buns – 4 pcs;
  • turkey mince – 200 g;
  • onion – 1 pc;
  • cucumber – 1 pc;
  • tomato – 1 pc;
  • lettuce leaves – 4 sprigs;
  • red onion – 1 pc;
  • low-fat cheese of any kind – 4 slices;
  • sour cream – 50 g;
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tsp;
  • tomato paste – 1 tsp;
  • spices to taste.
