What substances are contained in pomegranate?

In addition to the useful properties of the pulp of the fruit, powerful healing properties have skins. They contain twice as much tannins, antioxidants and phenols than the pulp. They are used to make infusions, decoctions, powders to relieve signs of colds, dysentery, stomatitis and sore throat. Preparations based on pomegranate peel act on oxidative processes, cleanse the liver and reduce bad cholesterol. Of course, means made on the basis of peels should be taken in strict dosage.

From pomegranate seeds are prepared decoctions, infusions and oil. Medical preparations based on them help with diabetes, normalize the intestinal tract. Pomegranate seed seeds contain a lot of fiber, so you can eat them, but only if they are soft. Preparation method
