Teymurov: one should always strive for something and not give up life positions

Artyom is the kind of person who, despite everything, stays the course and continues to do what he loves. Growing up in a sporty family, he fearlessly tried skiing down the mountains with his parents in Murmansk at the age of two. And after growing up, he began to conquer the slopes during frequent travels and trips to Kirovsk, until one day, on the Sparrow Mountains, he saw a snowboard and it changed his life forever.

At the same time starting their way in snowboarding, brothers Artyom and Viktor and their father Roman Teymurov reached serious heights both on the domestic and foreign sports scene. They still get maximum pleasure doing what they really like. We decided to find out what life principles to follow in order to find your purpose and stay on the chosen road from the DC team pro rider Artyom Teymurov.

– “The most important thing on the way to success in life is to define your priorities and follow them. Eliminate negative and unnecessary factors. When you come to understand this, everything starts to go faster, easier and in the right direction.”

– “Through self-discipline and regimen, more opportunities for self-actualization, growth and development open up.”

– “Your life endeavor can change its purpose depending on a certain stage. At first it can be a hobby, then a profession, but in the end it should simply become your way of life.”

– “The most important thing in any endeavor is not some external factors, predisposition or opportunities. The main thing is to be hooked and enjoy what you are doing. And then everything will work out, against all odds”.

My father is 50 years old, he jumps on a snowboard and skateboards. There’s nothing stopping him from doing what he enjoys, and it’s the right thing to do.

– “One should always strive for something and not give up on life. Many obstacles exist only in the head, and in reality they don’t exist. My father is 50 years old, he jumps on a snowboard and skateboards. There is nothing stopping him from doing what he enjoys, and it’s the right thing to do.”

* “Like in snowboarding, you have to do everything smoothly and gradually. This gives a much better result than when you “gas” at speed and get injured. It’s the same in life – on the way to the goal it’s better not to force things, to approach everything more thoughtfully and just enjoy the process.”

– “The greatest gifts in life are not material, they come from the situations around you.”

* “You need to appreciate the opportunities of today and listen to those who once paved the way in the business you are interested in, they have accumulated tremendous experience.”

– “There is no universal advice for everyone, neither in snowboarding nor in life. Everyone is different and there has to be an individualized approach to everyone.”

* “You need to be out in nature and in the mountains more often. They make people more open-minded, thinking more pure, spirit more free.”

– “It is useful to look at idols and their lifestyles as positive examples of how to further develop oneself.”

– “It’s great to get the most satisfaction out of life. Not in the sense of having an idle and carefree time, but to feel the pleasure of every day spent with your family, on a snowboard or on your own.”
