Championship Cup

Where? The fields of the stadium “Chertanovo” (26, Sumskaya pr.)

CSKA, Rostov, Dynamo, Kuban… 32 teams from all over Russia will meet in Moscow at the “Championship” Cup. This is the first project of the portal in cooperation with children’s schools, so we will be glad to invite everyone as spectators. 16 teams born in 2008 and 16 teams born in 2009 will meet on the pitch. Vans “The Nightmare Before Christmas”.

Vans invites you to go to Halloween town and meet everyone’s favorite characters. This fall the brand has prepared a special collection inspired by Disney’s animated film “The Nightmare Before Christmas”. The designers paid special attention to the characters and developed 10 models of shoes, supplementing the line with clothes and accessories that tell about different scenes of the movie. The brand invites all fans to immerse themselves in the special artistic world of the cult story.

Film critic Gordey Petrikov and Anna Bashtovaya, the author of the TV channel “Film Suit for Dummies”, will tell the guests about Tim Burton’s work in the format of non-boring lectures. All this will be finished with a big performance by the actors.

Race of Heroes

Prefer to spend your weekends actively and ready to overcome difficult obstacles in the mountains? Then the Hero Race in Sochi is for you. There are no losers, because participation is a victory that will give you an unforgettable experience along with a charge of adrenaline.

To begin with, weigh your strength, because the organizers offer participants three race formats to choose from. To cope with all the difficulties and pass the distance most comfortably, choose your level: mass start, team or championship – for experienced fighters. In addition, you can come to the Race with your whole family. For those who decided to support their heroes, there is a cozy fan zone and playgrounds with children’s entertainment.

You can prepare for the upcoming mountain race within the framework of an additional paid training camp on the territory of Rosa Khutor. It will be held from September 28 to October 6.

“Fox Mountain” x “Fast Dog”

When. October 5-6
Where? Bittsevsky Forest, Moscow
Distances: 2 km / 4 km / 6 km / 8 km

Already this Sunday more than 1000 participants will gather on the territory of Bittsevsky Forest to run the classic cross-country race in nature for the third time. “Fox Mountain” has become known as the coziest start of the running season, in which athletes get the opportunity to diversify the running experience, and spectators – to watch the dynamic competition against the backdrop of the autumn forest. If you want to become a participant of the cross, keep in mind that the length of the distance from 2 to 8 kilometers will directly depend on your gender and age.

And on October 5, on the eve of the main race, there will be a charity cross “Fast Dog”. By joining the event, you will be able to run a two-kilometer course together with your tail pet and help the “Gift of Destiny” fund, which promotes the care of pets and helps animals from the shelter to find their own home.

X-Race Wild Trail

Where? X-Land recreation park, Ilyinskoye village, Moscow region.
Distances: 13.5 km / 19 km / 37 km / 76 km

If you have chosen X-Race Wild Trail, then be ready for a trail run with a really challenging course. It is not for nothing that the slogan of the longest distance of 76 km became the phrase of the writers Svetlana Martynchik and Igor Styopin, known under the pseudonym Max Fry: “It hurts to live. Everyone who has tried to be alive can testify to that.”

The participants will have to run through the wild forest, where at every step there are sharp descents, mud, narrow paths, logging roads and fords. During the fight against the elements and your own fatigue you will be able to enjoy mesmerizing views of coniferous and mixed forests, fields and rivers of the Moscow region.

IRONSTAR 226 & OLIMPIC SOCHI 2019

Where? Sochi, hotel complex “Imeritinsky”
Distance: 226 km

Already soon a large-scale triathlon race will take place in Sochi. A real test awaits the participants before they win the title of “Iron Man”. The triathletes will have to cover 3.86 kilometers by swimming, 180 kilometers by bicycle and 42.195 kilometers by running. They can do it individually or as part of a team. The regulations also provide for the participation of paratriathletes.

And after passing the “iron” distance you will have not only a long-awaited rest, but also a spectacular closing of the season. There are 4 days left till the end of registration – don’t miss it!

Charity mini-football tournament “Games of Champions”

When? October 13
Where? Football center “F-Base”, 19 Latyshskikh Strelkov St., St. Petersburg

Charity mini-football tournament

Eight corporate teams will take part in the tournament, each of which will be joined by 2 children from St. Petersburg orphanages.

The aim of the game will be to raise funds for the treatment of Misha Likhot, a ward of the Alyosha Foundation. The boy has a very rare disease – primary immunodeficiency, chronic granulomatous disease. He urgently needs an expensive bone marrow transplant.

During the tournament, participants and fans will be able to take part in prize drawings, themed games and master classes. Colleagues and relatives of the players will compete in the contest for the best support group.

International Lipetsk Marathon

Where? Lipetsk
Distances: 3 km / 10 km / 21, 1 km / 42, 2 km

Runners will be headlined by renowned marathoner and long-distance runner, bronze medalist of the European Marathon Championships Dmitry Safronov, and the host will be Dmitry Guberniev.

In addition to the main distances, registration is open for a free costume race, one hundred participants will be able to demonstrate their original costumes and receive valuable prizes.

X-Waters Malta 2019

When. October 20.
Where: Marfa, Hola Bay beach on the grounds of Ramla Bay Resort Hotel
Distances: 1000 / 2300 / 6000 meters / 200 meters / 50 meters

This time the Mediterranean Sea, which envelops Malta, will welcome in its waters the largest and most exciting series of swims in Russia. X-Waters has chosen this area for a reason, as it is not the first time it has been included in the top of the best diving spots in Europe. The water in the straits is so clear that its visibility reaches 50 meters.

Adult participants will have to swim a course between the three islands of the archipelago: Gozo, Comino and Malta. At the same time as the main races, there will be competitions for younger swimmers. Children can choose the length of the swim: 50 or 200 meters.

By the way, you don’t have to worry about the water temperature. The expected water temperature in Malta in October is 20-23°C.

FIGHT NIGHTS GLOBAL 94

Where? Irina Viner-Usmanova Gymnastics Palace, Moscow.

On October 12, Fight Nights tournament will be held in the capital, which will feature more than a dozen uncompromising fights with the participation of mixed martial arts stars. Talented fighters from all over Russia will step into the ring at the Gymnastics Palace.

The most expected event of the day will be the fight between boxer Dmitry Kudryashov, who will perform under MMA rules for the first time, and Artur Gorlov. Also visitors of the tournament will be able to see the fight for the title of champion, superfight, the final of the reality show “Meat Grinder” in three weight categories and a special show program.

Gymnast Alexei Nemov’s spectacular show will suit those who prefer not to be active, but to enjoy sports performances from the spectator stand. “Legends of Sports” will erase the boundaries between such seemingly polar concepts as sport and art. All the numbers are prepared as separate performances, and the athletes will be reincarnated as real artists for the duration of the performance. The program combines numbers with the most complex elements of gymnastics, acrobatics, circus art, trampolining and acrobatic rock’n’roll.
