Pretty Kaylee Jack shows her favorite exercises from the Les Mills program. Bet you can’t do it the first time?

The wave that is gradually hitting all the world’s athletic clubs is getting bigger and bigger. Les Mills program appeared at the end of the last century, and today it already counts about 15 different directions.
At the Reebok Festival this past weekend, we met trainer and ambassador Kaylee Jack, who showed us her favorite exercises.

One of my favorite exercises in BodyCombat is the jumping side kick. The kick works the gluteal muscles and the back of the thigh in a great way. The jump increases this tension by leaps and bounds. This is where you feel like a tough guy winning any fight.

Les Mills Grit is a high intensity interval workout. The cool exercise is skate jumps. It is perfect for making your glutes nice and firm. Are there those who don’t want to have a great view from behind?

SH’BAM is first and foremost about dancing. It’s important to let yourself let out everything you have inside. I like to engage my hips. That way I’m in sync with the beat, catch the rhythm and fully immerse myself in the music.

In Les Mills bodybalance, I’m particularly close to the pushing waves of Tai Chi. Immersing myself in the very essence of this art is very calming. I find this exercise helps me to look inside myself, to feel my body and to regain my breath after a workout.”
