The athlete gained impressive muscle mass with a relatively low level of fat layer. There was a real furor in the comments of the Irishman, since McGregor performs in the lightweight category.

  • Stand up to the bench and put your hands on the cushion. Grab the bar with a shoulder-width grip.
  • With a powerful exhalation movement, bend the arms at the elbows, raising the bar to an angle of 90°.
  • The elbows are fixed in one position and tightly pressed against the cushion.
  • On exhalation smoothly lower the bar to the starting position.

Perform four approaches of 12 times. Rest between approaches – a minute.
