8 weight-loss lifestyle tips that not many people know about

Quarantine can be put to good use. Being cooped up in a four-walled apartment is a great reason to start taking care of your health. The easiest thing you can do is to give up unhealthy foods and cleanse your body.

In honor of the beginning of home isolation, TV host and personal trainer Anita Lutsenko launched a challenge #14Days Without Sugar2020 in Instagram. The girl every day publishes in her account online training videos and posts about proper nutrition. A few weight loss tips from Anita, which you may not have even guessed before – in the material “Championship”.

Sweets – the cause of cellulite and bad skin

Giving up sweets is not an easy task, especially if you can not imagine life without desserts. This is a real test of strength, during which you will find a useful substitute for a harmful product and get rid of addiction. According to Anita, sweets do our body more harm than good. Sugar provokes cellulite and unsightly skin. If you want to get in shape for summer – start by simply giving up desserts.

Coffee is also considered a dessert

If you like to start the morning with a cup of cappuccino or latte, it is better to stop doing so. The TV host recommends replacing coffee goodies with a traditional espresso or Americano without milk. It turns out that milk also contains sugar. And replacing a full meal with a glass of sweet coffee, followed by a cookie, you are unlikely to be able to lose extra pounds.

Not drinking cappuccino, of course, is the hardest thing for you, but vigor is an excuse, and you should understand this and realize that you are thus deceiving yourself.

It is considered normal to drink up to three cups of an invigorating beverage or tea a day. It probably sounds scary to coffee drinkers, but it’s worth a try.

Cold water is bad for your stomach

According to the trainer, to calculate the daily norm of water, you need to multiply 40 ml by 1 kg of your weight. For example, 55 kg x 40 = 2 liters 200 ml. Of this, 50% enters the body in the form of drank water, and another 50% – with food (berries, fruits and vegetables). After calculations it remains to drink the missing amount of water separately and do not replace it with tea or coffee. It is worth saving the stomach and exclude too cold water, room temperature is the most comfortable for the body. You can add lemon to a glass.

Complex carbohydrates are the best energy for the body

Anita advises to use more complex carbohydrates, and it is desirable to allocate 5-10% of the calorie per day. After all, the right carbohydrates are what produces quality energy in our body. Their lack becomes the cause of overeating and cravings for sweets.

Complex carbohydrates are found in:

  • cereals;
  • cereals;
  • cereals;
  • legumes;
  • fruits and vegetables (they are high in fiber);
  • whole-grain bread.

If you emphasize simple carbohydrates, the energy from them will be quickly used up. You will feel lethargy, rapid hunger, sleepiness. Overweight will not make you wait either, if the calories are not burned. Fast carbohydrates most often go together with fats in sugar, honey, confectionery, cookies, dried fruits.

Lutsenko hastens to reassure those who are afraid of chemicals on vegetables. All the positive effects from the consumption of products accumulate in the body, while the negative ones do not have time – thanks to a varied diet.
