Games on the tourniquet. Exercises for those who want to compete with friends
Boring on the training will not be for sure.
People took the news about the removal of restrictions with relief. But, although this joyful event happened a couple of weeks ago, some fitness centers are still not working. And not everyone wants to return to the gyms for fear of infection. The situation forces sports fans to train the old-fashioned way – in the yard on the playground. An indispensable sports equipment still serves as a tourniquet. Today we will not talk about useful exercises, we will talk about entertainment, in which the crossbar will help us.

Ladder
“Ladder” is considered one of the most popular games on the crossbar. Participants choose the number of repetitions they have to perform in turns. Once all participants manage the target, a new number is set, then another round of repetitions takes place. If a participant fails to manage the required number of repetitions, they lose and are eliminated from the competition.
Ordered
The essence of the game is quite simple. The participant shows an exercise on the shell, which must be repeated by each subsequent player. If they fail to do it – minus a point. Each participant has three attempts at one exercise. As soon as five penalty points are accumulated, the player loses and leaves the competition.
Heads or Tails
In this game you will need a coin. Each of the participants must perform a certain element, but which one, it will decide. The player chooses the side of the coin and the exercise he would like to perform. The opponent does the same. For example, you riddle “horizon”, and the opponent – “sun”. If the coin falls on the side you want – you perform your exercise, if not – the opponent’s exercise. As soon as you don’t manage to fulfill the exercise an endless number of times, the game is over.
Team spirit
The game is played in teams, most often 2×2 or 3×3. Participants take a starting position on the bar. Once the competition starts, players cannot jump off the sports equipment. The only thing is that they can move their arms. Teams take turns calling an exercise, then everyone must repeat it. The team whose member is the last one left hanging on the bar wins.
Static B.A.R.Z.
B.A.R.Z by rules is very similar to the “customized” one. The participant must choose an element that will be repeated by the opponent. But! In this game you can call exclusively static exercises on the tourniquet, that is, you are limited in your choice. Fail to perform the given exercise – the player gets a letter. As soon as the word B.A.R.Z is typed – the participant loses and is out. It should be noted that in this game there is a smaller range of exercise choices, and the competition lasts up to four mistakes.
You can and should try to diversify your training. Involve your friends more often, organize competitions in pull-ups, push-ups or burpees. The main thing is that at this pace you will see the long-awaited result much faster, and you will also have a great time.
