You may be surprised, but the aging process begins immediately after the end of puberty. That is, from about 18 years of age, when all growth points ossify, we begin to age.

When you should start taking care of yourself

At the cellular level, by the age of 25, changes are already occurring that manifest themselves in the form of decreased levels of collagen, hyaluronic acid, slower cell division, toxic effects of free radicals, etc.

That is why it is necessary to learn to take care of the skin from adolescence. You can start with properly selected home care. When the “first bells” appear in the form of deterioration of facial tone, enlarged pores, wrinkles from excessive mimic activity, boldly engage professional care in the cosmetology office.

Depending on genetic predisposition, environment, living conditions and even nutrition, the need for professional care can arise with a difference of several years. Therefore, do not wait because it is “early”, or, on the contrary, without indications to resort to unnecessary manipulations.

How to delay the aging process

Develop a habit of taking care of your facial skin by following simple rules.

  • Don’t go to bed without washing off your makeup.

  • If you go outdoors (not just when you go sunbathing), apply a cream with an SPF factor. After all, the importance of ultraviolet light in the formation of signs of aging is not at all exaggerated.
  • Drink a glass of warm water in the morning on an empty stomach. Better yet, two.
  • Do at least three minutes of exercise.
  • Keep your phone/book at eye level to avoid neck and face creases. And sleep, of course, preferably on your back.
  • Find your beautician based on their results, education and your own appearance.
  • If you are under 30, it does not mean that it is too early to take care of yourself seriously. Don’t forget that “late” comes imperceptibly, and prevention is always better and cheaper than cure.

Is it possible to look 30 at 50? There are such women, so it is possible. A person who combines all the determining positive factors can count on it. If good genetics gets a thinking head, able to take care of their health in general and skin in particular, happens “bingo”!

But the most important thing is to feel 50/30. Otherwise, no plastic surgery will help.
