The main principle I adhere to in my work is that it is not so important what you do in life, whether you lead a healthy lifestyle or not, because each person needs to get a certain amount of nutrients per day, based on their physiological data.

How useful is cottage cheese?

The composition of this product includes proteins of animal origin. This means that it has all the amino acids necessary for muscle growth. It also contains carbohydrates, iron, calcium, phosphorus and many other healthy components.

Curd speeds up metabolism, strengthens bones, improves digestion, has a positive effect on the nervous system, improves the work of the heart and blood vessels, improves immunity.

But animal fats also have to be obtained from other foods, as they are involved in the production of hormones, the formation of brain cells and nervous system. In addition, there is another problem with low-fat cottage cheese – it has a weak taste, which some manufacturers are trying to compensate with flavor additives. And they have a detrimental effect on the body.

Most athletes on drying eat low-fat cottage cheese or low-fat cottage cheese (up to 1.8%). Nevertheless, the human body needs a certain amount of fats every day, which are contained in the usual nine percent cottage cheese. This way you can avoid nutrient starvation.

In fact, it is not so important what kind of cottage cheese an athlete will consume. What matters is the mindfulness with which the athlete will approach the formulation of the diet. Each type of cottage cheese has its own disadvantages, the main thing is to be able to compensate for them properly.
