Our beauty and youth directly depend on the biochemical processes that occur in the body. Every person who wants to live as long as possible and be young outside and inside, should understand that all processes occurring in the human body, work on the basis of programs and their interaction. We do not control a huge number of these actions, because we cannot or simply do not know how to. But we can control what controls them!

In fact, everyone’s task is to maintain a reference state of work of all physiological systems and processes inside. And the right lifestyle and nutrition will help us in this.

Are there uniform principles of a correct way of life for everyone?

Yes! But it is important to remember that we are different from each other, and HWL differs from biohacking in that the latter is personalized (i.e., tailored specifically to you). A person who calls themselves a biohacker is someone who can control the processes within themselves, regulating the rate of aging, the rate of cell regeneration, even the purity of cellular and intercellular space. The biohacking system involves quite a large and wide range of actions and work on yourself. From how you go to bed, wake up in the morning, what you think about, what you do, what you eat and drink, to how you deal with stress, how you treat people around you and even yourself.

And what do we eat?

According to the biochemical processes in the body, it is our job to maintain good gut function. There are specific foods that allow the microflora to work much better. We need to consume those that contain fiber, for example: greens, vegetables, fruits, sprouts.

I will separately highlight a unique product – broccoli. It is a cruciferous vegetable that has undergone a number of studies proving its beneficial properties: reducing the risk of prostate cancer in men and bladder cancer, a positive effect on heart disease, nervous system conditions and much more.

Superfoods

It is important not to eat too much food, so as not to overload our digestive system and allow it to rest periodically (interval fasting). From the small amount of food we eat, we should get the right amount of micronutrients.

All foods differ in their nutrient density (the degree of usefulness of the product per 1 g of its weight), in this regard, we will highlight those that have a high content of useful substances – superfoods:

  • Cacao, wheat and barley germ, seeds (flaxseed and pumpkin seeds), chia seeds, apricot kernels;
  • Nuts, urbech, baobab powder;
  • Berries. I will note that they are not considered superfoods, but for the amount of benefits and level of antioxidant activity, we will safely put them on this list;
  • Bee products – royal jelly, pollen, perga.

Add superfoods to your breakfasts and snacks, make cocktails with them and brew special teas – there are plenty of options.

Remember that youth should be maintained not on the outside, but on the inside! Certain daily habits will help in this: eating right, breathing right, resting right, etc. Beauty from the inside is also reflected on the outside. The radiance of the face, skin, eyes will be maintained by our inner fire. In a sense, a human being is a bioenergetic, biomechanical and biochemical machine that has a mind. And with this mind we can allow the machine to work better.
