Lolita does not hide that her favorite dishes are not low calorie: fried potatoes, pies, grilled lamb and chips.

There are no pills, no diets I do not sit on. I went to an endocrinologist on the advice of a friend. I will not tell you any secrets: with age, all processes, including metabolism, slow down in the body. It is impossible to adjust them on your own, it is impossible to change them by diet. The doctor said no bananas, no grapes, no alcohol. It was very difficult. I endured three months. Now I can do everything.

In 2020, when the first changes in appearance became noticeable, the singer commented on the sharp weight loss along with the news of the breakup of relations with her husband: “I eat one meal a day and move a lot”.

The weight went down sharply, but for health it was not the most useful process. As a result, the singer turned to a specialist, and the attending doctor appointed her a nutrition program taking into account the peculiarities of her body. Miliavskaya stopped eating before going to bed: the last meal is no later than 3 hours before bedtime. In total, Lolita eats 4-5 times a day, but in small portions.

At the same time from the menu disappeared products with a high content of sugar and animal fats, as well as alcohol.

“I advise everyone: if you feel that you have gained weight – run to the doctor. Do not wait for the grace of nature and listen to all sorts of nonsense that you can cope by yourself. I know that many people are ashamed of doctors, but supportive therapy is necessary. And the whole world is not ashamed of it,” – advises her fans the singer.

The basis of Lolita’s diet consists of:

  • low-fat dairy products;
  • chicken and turkey;
  • seafood;
  • green leafy vegetables.

To remove toxins from the body, Lolita drinks a lot of fluids. Instead of tea and coffee – pure mineral water without gas or herbal infusions. Previously, the singer regularly practiced drinking unloading days: consumed only water with maple syrup and lemon juice.

There is no gym in my life, was not and, I hope, will not be. I am not genetically designed for sports.

She also added that those who want to lose weight should first determine the reason why you started getting fat. “Weight is a gainful thing. It comes and goes. The main thing is well-being,” the singer concluded.

According to the expert, there is a certain set of tests and examinations that you need to undergo before losing weight:

  • blood iron;
  • ferritin;
  • lipid profile;
  • glucose;
  • insulin;
  • leptin;
  • total and free bilirubin;
  • TSH;

Both diet and physical activity should be strictly individualized, because some people can eat with long intervals between meals, and others should not starve and make intervals between meals of more than 3 hours. Important! The body remembers incorrect weight loss for more than 10 years.
