The training consists of five exercises, each of which you will need to take with the utmost seriousness. Lunges on the spot in 2-3 approaches of 15, the same with squats “sumo”. Then gluteal bridge and classic squats in three approaches of 15 reps, as well as Bulgarian lunges in two approaches of 15 reps.
