Triceps training is something you can’t do without if you want relief arms. But you can only achieve results with the right approach. Often beginners who start training their arms, do not know which exercises to grab, because there are so many of them. Today, together with fitness trainer Denis Kintsurashvili, we will tell you how to properly pump the triceps.
