How did Gohar Avetisyan lose weight?

The makeup artist managed to lose almost 43 kg in less than a year.

Two weeks after the birth of the child, the famous makeup artist Gohar Avetisyan published a photo in Instagram. The girl wrote that after pregnancy she managed to lose 18 kg. And this is not her first transformation. Earlier Gohar said that she lost 43 kg, and showed subscribers the result – beautiful taut forms.

Where did the weight loss begin?

In one of the interviews, the makeup artist said that she was simply tired of living with a lot of weight. “It was disgusting when I stood on the scale,” she admits. At that time, the girl weighed 131 kilograms. Gohar says she is ashamed of that weight and of the fact that she continued to be inactive to the last until she reached the extreme point.

The first 10 kilograms were lost in the first 10 days, when Gohar started counting her calories and gave up sugar completely. After that, she lost another 20 kg over the next four months.

I have this bad trait: until it’s boiling, I won’t start.

What helped on the way to the desired shape?

Gohar immediately started recording every meal and counting the ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in a special application. The girl gave up fast food, sweets and fat, and also stopped drinking sweet sodas, juices and freeshes.

The makeup artist admits that programs to select a diet, when home delivered ready-made meals for a few days, did not suit her. She prefers to cook for herself. But at first, due to her busy schedule, she had time for cooking only at night.

Gohar’s diet is dominated by protein food: meat, eggs and fish, as well as a lot of fruits and vegetables. One of her secrets is a green smoothie for detox. It consists of broccoli, apple, cucumber, spinach and lemon juice.

For additional motivation, the girl watched documentaries about proper nutrition. One of them – “Sugar”, after watching which Gohar and decided to completely give up sweets.

What’s next?

The girl admits that although she likes the reflection in the mirror, it is too early to stop at what has been achieved. “I like myself, but I look at my shortcomings and realize that I need to work further,” she shares with subscribers.

At the moment, Gohar’s diet is no longer as limited as before. She little by little allows herself flour and sweets, while not going to extremes. In addition, the makeup artist tries to do sports – she prefers cardio. However, because of the large amount of work to get to training can only once a week.

In July, Gohar gave birth to a child and in two weeks returned to her former form. “Two weeks after childbirth, and minus 18 kg. This is even 5 kg more than I managed to gain during pregnancy”, – wrote the girl.
