How did Nastya Kamenskikh lose weight in quarantine?

The singer was among those who managed to noticeably lose weight on quarantine.

“Quarantine is a chance to take a break and get better at the same time,” said popular Ukrainian artist Nastia Kamenskikh. For several months now, she has been motivating her Instagram followers to eat right and lead a healthy lifestyle. We have collected 5 main steps to achieve the desired figure, which Nastya uses.

Step #1: find motivation

To successfully lose excess weight and to see the result after a month of training, Nastya Kamenskikh advises to ask yourself: “Why do I need it?” If you are absolutely sure that you want to improve your health and tighten your figure, then start acting! The artist advises not to pay attention to insecurity and the opinion of outsiders. “You just need to take and start doing,” said Kamenskikh in one of her live broadcasts on Instagram.

Step #2: start small

Everyone knows that our body experiences a huge stress with a sudden change of habitual lifestyle. Nastya Kamenskikh advises to start small: to establish a clear daily routine (Nastya wakes up at 6 am, and goes to bed at 9-9:30 pm), start drinking more water, do simple physical exercises in the morning. The artist is sure that after some time, your body will get used to it, and you will want to physically develop more and more.

Step #3: active morning

It is important from the very morning to energize your body for the whole day. Kamenskikh is accustomed to do a light discharge every morning. Recently, the artist shared a photo with subscribers, where she arranged a bike ride.

Step #4: proper nutrition

In order to achieve a dream figure, you need to follow two important rules: exercise and eat right. Nastya Kamenskikh devoted several posts to her nutrition. The artist advises to eat five times a day in small portions. Dishes, of course, non-caloric, high in protein. Vegetables, fruits, low-fat dairy products – all this should be included in your daily diet. Nastya does not recommend giving up sweets altogether. Instead, you can replace candy and chocolate with dried fruits. The singer also recently shared a recipe for PP ice cream with avocado and nuts.

Step #5: daily workouts

So, we have established a daily regimen, in the refrigerator we now have a lot of vegetables, fruits and all sorts of dietary products, so we have only one thing left – to start daily exercise. Almost every week Nastya shares with subscribers different sets of exercises for different muscle groups. You can do them right at home, as the singer herself did during the quarantine. It is important not to overstress your body. Kamenskikh advises to enter the mode of training gradually, so as not to harm your health.
