  • As you exhale, powerfully straighten your arms back to the starting position.

Technique

  • Stand with one knee on the bench and the second knee resting on the floor.
  • Grasp the bench with one hand and take a dumbbell in the other.
  • Bend the arm with the dumbbell at the elbow.
