The first “forbidden” product that prevents the appearance of abs is cookies. And absolutely any kind, even oatmeal cookies. In addition, it has a lot of fats and sugar. To burn them, you will need to work for hours in the gym. And, of course, such caloric food contributes to the formation of subcutaneous fat in the abdominal area, which noticeably prevents the acquisition of abs.

Fast food

The next “enemy” of the perfect abs is fast food. The caloric value of a hamburger is 264 calories per 100 grams, and one burger, a trip to a “fast food” cafe is usually not worth it. Such food contains a lot of fats and carbohydrates, which our body does not digest well and immediately deposits in subcutaneous fat. In addition to harming the figure fast food has a detrimental effect on health. It promotes the formation of cancer cells and blood clots in blood vessels. Sugary drinks
