Waffles are a popular breakfast dish. There are many choices: Viennese, Hong Kong, Belgian, with toppings and berries, an ice cream scoop or with chocolate sauce. I do not support the idea of eating waffles with sweet additives, so I offer recipes for delicious and healthy waffles, but without sugar and chocolate.

A delicious and healthy breakfast is a boost of energy and good mood for the whole day. Waffles are a great option for a balanced protein-fat breakfast, if you prepare them not according to classic recipes and do not decorate them with powdered sugar, condensed milk or jam.

I suggest starting the day with flavorful waffles using one of my recipes. There are both sweet options that younger kids will love, and hearty waffles with meat that your husband and older son will appreciate.
