How do you make a PP pizza?

Pizza is a very easy dish to prepare. You can throw all the products that were in the refrigerator, on the dough and put in the oven to bake. However, not every pizza will have a good effect on your slimness. We have picked up those options that can easily be realized in your kitchen without harming your figure and health.

PP-pizza on cottage cheese dough with smoked beef

You will need:

for the dough:

  • cottage cheese in a briquette 5% – 180 g (preferably dry);
  • egg – 2 pcs;
  • rice flour – 60 g;
  • corn flour – 20 g;
  • mozzarella cheese – 75 g;
  • salt – to taste;

for stuffing:

  • tomato puree – 50 g;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • sugar substitute – 0.5 ml;
  • smoked beef – 50 g;
  • red onion – 30 g;
  • bell pepper – 30 g;
  • spices – to taste;
  • mozzarella cheese – 50 g.

Mix cottage cheese, eggs and salt and beat with a mixer until homogeneous. Add rice flour, cheese and put the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then make a base from the resulting mass and put in the oven to bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C. Follow until the formation of a ruddy crust.

To make a sauce for the base, you need to mix tomato puree, sugar substitute and salt. Grease the ready-made pizza base and lay out the toppings of beef, vegetables and spices. Next, send it into the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Five minutes before readiness, open the oven and sprinkle the dish with cheese to form a nice golden crust.

PP pizza with salmon, ricotta and capers

You will need:

For the dough:

  • store-bought cottage cheese – 200 g;
  • any flour – 50 g;
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • salt – to taste;

for the filling:

  • tomatoes in their own juice (or tomato paste);
  • zucchini – 1 pc;
  • cherry tomatoes – 3-4 pcs,
  • red onion – 1 pc;
  • capers;
  • ricotta;
  • grated parmesan.

To prepare the dough, you need to mix cottage cheese with egg and add flour. After that, form a ball and wait for the dough to rise a little. Next, form a pizza base on baking paper, better with sides, and put it to bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Cut all the ingredients for the toppings and spread them on the ready base. Bake the whole pizza for about 15 more minutes at 180°C.

Pizza omelette without flour

You will need:

  • Chinese cabbage – 3 leaves;
  • carrots – 1 pc;
  • red onion – 0,5 pcs;
  • eggs – 3 pcs;
  • Russian cheese – 60 g;
  • rice flour – 100 g;
  • sausages or wieners (can be replaced with PP sausage) – 2 pcs.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and pour them over the chopped vegetables. Add flour and salt to the resulting mixture and mix well. Next, splash olive oil in a frying pan and heat it up. Already on a hot surface pour the resulting mixture, lay the sausages or sausages on top and close the lid. After 20 minutes, carefully turn the almost ready pizza over and leave for another 10 minutes on medium heat.
