Sometimes we lose motivation because we don’t see progress. If you set yourself the goal of losing five kilograms within a month, you need to understand that this is a rather long process of daily work on yourself.

Naturally, weight loss will occur gradually. Visible progress will be noticeable only after a couple of weeks, and during this time you can lose all motivation if you do not track progress.

Olga: Keep a diary of success – daily write down what you managed to do well, and generously praise yourself for it. Let the prize for your efforts will be watching your favorite movie or a delicious dinner.

Treat the goal playfully

It is always nice to go to the goal, knowing that you do not do it alone and that you always have support in the form of family, friends or a favorite pet.

Olga: Set experimental goals in a playful way and celebrate all your achievements – you can even write a certificate to yourself and your family.

You can set a temporary goal for a week, and then on a quiet evening get together as a family and discuss each other’s progress. Seeing not only your progress, but also the successes of your family, you will definitely gain a lot of motivation!

Try new things

Olga: Try new things – food, routes, styles of dress, communication with new people in new interesting and unexplored places!

Certainly, a decline in energy and motivation can occur when you are bored with your old lifestyle. Sometimes this means that to feel good, you just need to unwind and have a change of scenery. Socializing with people will give you new experiences, sometimes it may even inspire you to accomplish feats.

Affirmations are positive affirmations. We train our brains to think in a positive way through visualizing images. The image of a positive future gives us a boost of vigor and fresh thinking. Dreams, fantasies and goals help us.

It should be noted that if your body lacks the necessary vitamins and microelements – you will have to visualize a lot and for a long time.
